PROCESSING TIME: ~10-12 business days after the day you order
FREE SHIPPING: 3-7 business days after the 10-12 day processing time
PRIORITY SHIPPING: 2-3 business days after the 10-12 day processing time
EXPRESS MAIL: 1-2 days after the 10-12 day processing time

please note upon checkout if you need your order by a certain date. however, if you need it quickly then we will need to discuss a time frame as some items take longer. please, also note, i have a newborn son & a 2 year old toddler so they are my day and tiny sprouts is my evening. i work very hard to get your orders out in a timely manner.

how will I know my order has shipped?
once your order has shipped, your account will be updated with the tracking number.
you can log into your account to see the details.

do you include a receipt with pricing info with the order?
no. we include a gift note but no pricing information is EVER included.  

what type of cotton are your products made with?
I use only 100% interlock cotton & pima cotton for all of my products.
it is the thickest, the softest and the best.

can you embroider shapes with a name or saying?
yes! however, I do not use patterns for any of my work so this is why the shapes are limited.

do you have a return policy?
because our items are customized, I do not accept returns or cancellations. if you have
a problem with any order, I will do everything to make it right for you.

do you gift wrap?
yes, gift wrap any item for $3 & gift sets $5. we gift wrap in our custom jute bag with drawstring.

a hand-written note is included with your gift message.
